The next month in the Stepping UP series focuses on the what, why and how of mentoring. Join Parlour, the ACA and the Champions of Change for a productive discussion on 11 July with Ben Green of Em Be Ce, Erin Collins of Hayball and Gemma McDonald of DKO.

Transferring knowledge, building confidence, revealing career pathways, providing a fresh perspective on opportunities and struggles – done well, mentoring can bring many benefits for mentor and mentee. So, what is involved in setting up and managing an effective program? Are informal mentoring relationships enough, or do formal programs improve outcomes for all? What are the obligations and responsibilities? What are the pitfalls, and how can they be navigated? Come along to another informative Stepping Up lunchtime session to find out!
