TUESDAY 23 July, online

12–1pm ACST
10.30–11.30am AWST

Economic downturns put pressure on everyone – leaders, employees and practices. They can also be frightening, and people often return to what they know. How do we ensure that the measures put in place to adjust to downturns do not negatively impact one demographic more than others?

Equity is not just for the good times, so how do we keep equity initiatives going through tough times? For those who have weathered past downturns, what advice can they pass on to those who are experiencing tough economic conditions for the first time?
