Pragya Gupta is a Senior Associate at Gray Puksand, where she combines design excellence with a strong sense of purpose and leadership. Her architectural career has taken her across the Asia-Pacific, contributing to landmark projects in the commercial, residential, education, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors. A registered architect, Pragya is known for her ability to lead complex projects with clarity, empathy, and a focus on outcomes that serve both clients and communities.

Beyond her technical expertise, Pragya is a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion in the built environment. She leads Gray Puksand’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE+I) group, working to embed inclusive practices through open dialogue, and a culture of accountability. Her leadership is grounded not only in professional insight but also in her lived experience as a migrant woman of colour in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Pragya is also the founder of Wine & Shine, a vibrant networking platform that celebrates and connects women in property, and the Founder & President of MAPP Inc., a nonprofit organisation dedicated to empowering multicultural professionals in the built environment. Her journey is one of resilience, community-building, and using the power of representation to reshape industry norms and unlock new possibilities for future leaders.
