12.30–1.30pm AEDT, 12–1pm ACDT, 11.30–12.30 AEST, 11–12pm ACST, 9.30–10.30am AWST
Join Parlour, the ACA and the Champions of Change Architecture group for an important conversation about maintaining and cultivating studio culture in the era of flexible work.
Flexible work is the new normal in many workplaces – and brings many benefits, including the potential to improve equity. But, as we adjust to this new world of work, many people and practices are also unsure about how best to maintain and nurture thriving studio cultures. How do we support environments of incidental learning and camaraderie when people aren’t in the office all of the time? How can we ensure that people feel connected and committed? How do we support the cultures in which inventive design and experimental thinking flourish?
Book now for this important conversation with Tara Veldman, Managing Director of BLP; Brian Clohessy, Head of People and Character at BVN; and Rhonda Brighton-Hall, Founder and Director of mwah – in conversation with Monica Edwards and Justine Clark.
