In this session, John Held and Lewis Moore talk through the issues from employee and employer perspectives with Justine Clark and Naomi Stead and our highly active and engaged audience. We want to ensure that everyone knows their rights and meets their responsibilities. Beyond this, we are interested in how practices and the people who work in them can care for each other in the employment context as we navigate the pandemic.
John Held is the National President of the Association of Consulting Architects and a Director of Russell & Yelland, based in Adelaide. Lewis Moore studied architecture at Monash University. He is a member and activist in the architects’ union (Professional Architects Australia), The Architecture Lobby and the Victorian Socialists.
Light at the End of the Tunnel is a collaboration between Parlour and Monash Architecture. This session was held online 12.30–1.30pm AEST, Friday 14 August 2020.
