We are super excited to launch the Parlour Kiosk, our friendly one-stop counter for all your Parlour purchases.
The Parlour Kiosk replaces previous booking systems in Trybooking and Vimeo on demand. Most 2025 events will be booked through the Kiosk and we are progressively moving all video recordings over.
The Kiosk has many advantages!
- The Kiosk integrates with the Parlour Collective database. When you are signed into your Collective account you will automatically get Collective pricing, and a clear record of any complimentary tickets available.
- All purchases are made through one place – no more switching between Trybooking and Vimeo.
- The Kiosk includes a clear record of all purchases, conveniently located in the Payments & Invoices tab of your account page.
- All video purchases through the Kiosk are available in the Library tab of your account page.
You now need to be logged into your Parlour account to make bookings or purchase recordings. This enables access to relevant discounts, group prices and complimentary tickets. It also provides easy access to receipts and records, and means you need only supply core information once.
We have worked hard to make this a simple and clear experience, and we are confident you will get used to it quickly. That said, this is a new system and therefore different to what you are accustomed to.
