Take the NSW Government survey of women in the construction industry and help understand how gender influences people’s experience and views on working in the industry.
Only 13% of people working in the NSW construction industry are women. The NSW Government aims to make construction a better place to work for women, arguing that a diverse and inclusive construction industry can bring more innovation, productivity, and a better economy for NSW.
As part of this endeavour, the NSW Government is keen to hear from women already working in the industry. In addition to the survey, you can sign up for a focus group or offer ideas about how to improve the industry via an online form.
The survey should take 10–15 minutes to complete and the deadline is 26 September. You can choose to register or take the survey anonymously.
