As architects, we interact with numerous, complex stakeholders who have to work together to create great design outcomes. Relationship skills are just as critical as technical skills – and also require training. This course is about helping participants to identify, relate to, and influence stakeholders and develop other skills in a low-risk environment.
This course consists of two parts and a total of 5 formal CPD points:
- Part 1 is a self-led online module. This is a pre-requisite to Part 2 but can also be completed as a stand-alone module.
- Part 2 is a 3-hour online interactive workshop, led by Allison Tsao of Humans Who Lead and Antoinette Trimble of Antelope. Participants will learn to apply and practice the content in Part 1.
