Flexible working arrangements are essential to achieving gender equity in the workplace.

This roundtable discussion, organised by the National Committee for Gender Equity, asks: What are the challenges? What works? What doesn’t? How have particular practices implemented flexible conditions for their staff?

Join the panellists to debate and discuss the issues and solutions:

  • Misty Waters, Associate at Bespoke Careers; specialising in recruiting architects and designers
  • Patrick Kennedy, Kennedy Nolan
  • Lee Hillam, Director at Dunn & Hillam Architects
  • Leone Lorrimer, CEO of dwp|suters.

The discussion will come alive with audience input and observations – the organisers would love to see a range of professions, genders, age groups and experience levels represented and engaging with the content.

Come along, share your experience and find out how it’s done.
