On Sustainable Hours
Long hours are prevalent in many parts of the profession. Census data indicates that there has been some reduction over time, but change is slow and the impacts on people and practices can be significant.
So, what can we do to achieve a more sustainable approach to working hours? What do ‘sustainable hours’ look like anyway? What is the role of policies and protocols? What of processes, reporting and planning? How do we shift cultures? Do external accreditation systems help?
Watch this important session along to hear about how three practices keep hours under control.
With Karen Atfield, Head of People and Culture at Hassell; Ben Green, Director of Embece; and Stephanie Bullock, Director of Kosloff, in conversation with Monica Edwards and Justine Clark.
