Watch our session on making change from within – as employees, not employers – with Greta Stoutjesdijk and Johanna Picton. Access the CPD below.

How can we create change from within practices as employees? Greta Stoutjesdijk and Johanna Picton are both part of Women In_Design at Hassell, a group initiated and led by young women in the practice. The group has been going for some years, and has achieved a lot. Greta and Johanna are now both also involved in advocacy through professional organisations – watch to hear their experiences and advice on developing a collective voice.
