We are delighted that Elisapeta Heta is touring Australia for a series of inter-Indigenous kōrero / yarns from 19–25 October, hosted by Brickworks.
Elisapeta is Principal and Kaihautū Whaihanga at Jasmax, where she leads Waka Māia which provides skills, integrity and expertise in the context of tikanga Māori design and engagement processes.
The kōrero / yarns will feature discussions with Indigenous design practitioners working in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Each Inter-Indigenous dialogue will focus on projects that respond to and integrate the story, history and spirit of site, and community. The events include Q&A sessions so audience members can participate in the discussions, and share their thoughts and experiences.
