Watch our Light at the End of the Tunnel session on the how and why of flexible work with Brian Clohessy in conversation with Justine Clark and Alison Cleary. Access CPD below.

There is an enormous and increasing interest in flexibility, which has been amplified by experiences of working in the pandemic. Almost ALL of the respondents (97%) to the recent Work & Wellbeing survey see an opportunity to improve workplaces and work cultures – and the thing people wanted most was more flexibility.

In this session we talk to Brian Clohessy, Head of People and Character at BVN, about the systems put in place before the pandemic, what it has meant during COVID, and how and why flex matters.
