There is an enormous and increasing interest in flexibility, which has been amplified by experiences of working in the pandemic. Almost ALL of the respondents (97%) to the recent Work & Wellbeing survey see an opportunity to improve workplaces and work cultures – and the thing people wanted most was more flexibility.
In this session we talk to Brian Clohessy, Head of People and Character at BVN, about the systems put in place before the pandemic, what it has meant during COVID, and how and why flex matters.
The 2020 series of Light at the End of the Tunnel was a collaboration between Parlour and Monash Architecture, and is supported by all our Parlour Partners. This session was held online 12.30–1.30pm AEDT, Friday 6 November 2020.
