Parlour is delighted to be part of the NGV Triennale Extra program. Join us for Leading Change, a panel discussion with the women leading architectural education in the state.
We are in an extraordinary, unprecedented moment in Victoria where all four schools of architecture are led by women. What might this mean for the city and its future?
In this panel discussion, four women with very different expertise will reflect on the opportunities and challenges facing our built environment. The conversation will canvas diverse commitments and shared experiences as leaders, educators and scholars. We will explore how gender intersects with leadership and the limits of this. We will ask what changes – both structural and tactical – are needed to ensure equity in the architectural profession. How might this reshape the city and our experience of it?
