How do we adjust our cities to work for us? Parlour is delighted to be a partner in the Object: Australian Design Centre’s Making Demands event.
How do we make our cities work better for us?
How are we making clearer demands for better-designed spaces with cultural value?
What strategies are we putting into place for more sustainable outcomes?
Making Demands is a live conversation addressing the working concerns of the architecture industry, presented as part of Vivid Ideas.
Making Demands provides a three-hour session with a stellar line-up – Fiona Foley, Shelley Penn, Clare Sowden and Barbara Schaffer. A moderated panel discussion, led by Siobhan Toohill, is followed by practical workshop sessions that will interrogate the challenges across public and private sectors, unpacking the rapidly changing nature of architecture, the built environment and urbanism.
The event provides professional development for the architecture and built environment community, and inspiring conversation for others interested shaping our cities.
