Submissions and reports based in the findings of the research project Equity and Diversity in the Australian Architectural Profession.
Our research findings have informed Parlour’s advocacy work and publications, along with academic papers and publications. They have also provided the base for a number of submissions to inquiries and the reports used in the development of the Australian Institute of Architects Gender Equity Policy.
Over time we will publish a set of Parlour Reports on particular themes. In the meantime, we share the following as drafts for other researchers, advocates and activists.
