Stepping Up on crushing the gender pay gap

Join Parlour, the ACA and the Champions of Change Architecture Group for an important conversation about crushing the gender pay gap.

Book now for this informative session with representatives from Woods Bagot, GroupGSA and NBRS, all practices with lower median pay gaps as reported to WGEA.

In late February the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) released data showing the median gender pay gaps for companies employing over 100 people. Data was released on 24 architecture and landscape architecture practices. All have gaps larger than the +/-5% gap that WGEA describes as optimal; some are over the current total national gender pay gap of 21.7%.

This was a strategic move by WGEA to force a conversation about pay gaps and to accelerate change. It was about asking companies to step up, and holding them to account. It forces and fosters conversations within and beyond practices.
