Hassell

Sarah is a Melbourne-based architecture graduate, editor, events curator and furniture designer with a passion for sharing ideas, public engagement and equity in the built environment.

This ethos led her to become an editor for Inflection Journal in 2017, the student-run journal of the Melbourne School of Design, and take on the curatorship of PROCESS in 2018.

Sarah has her own furniture practice titled Polyphase. Her work has been invited to exhibit at the Salon de Mobile and will be exhibited at Qality Gallery as part of Melbourne Design Week 2022.

Sarah worked as a project designer and fabricator at agriculture start-up Bardee in 2021 after completing her thesis project titled Salt Unseen that looked at the ecological and cultural impacts of engineered solutions on the Murray River.

Sarah is currently a projects and events facilitator with Parlour alongside her graduate role at Hassell.
