Pragya is a registered architect in India and Australia, bringing a wealth of experience across the Asia-Pacific region in delivering diverse projects including commercial, residential, hospitality, education, and transportation /infrastructure developments. Beyond her architectural prowess, Pragya is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE+I) at Gray Puksand, where she chairs the DE+I group. She actively fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment, reflecting her commitment to creating positive impact through design and leadership.

Her commitment to empowering women led her to found "Wine & Shine” in 2019, a vibrant network for women in the property industry that has become a phenomenon, selling out every event.

Recently, Pragya launched a non-profit for Multicultural Professionals in the property sector, drawing from her own experiences to foster inclusivity and opportunity. Her journey from newcomer to community leader is a masterclass in resilience and the transformative power of relationships.
