Lucy is a registered architect with specialist experience in built heritage and post graduate qualifications in heritage conservation. She has over 19 years experience in the delivery and management of complex conservation and infrastructure projects and extensive experience as a participant in, and leader of, multidisciplinary teams. Having developed strong technical skills in the practice of conservation Lucy has the proven ability to implement best conservation practice.
Lucy joined international practice Purcell after an extensive career as custodian and manager of several significant government property portfolios across New South Wales and Tasmania. Lucy is a Trustee Director of Purcell's Employee Ownership Trust.
Lucy was Competition Adviser for the Cascade Female Factory Design Competition and the Jury Chair for the 2020 AIA Tasmanian Architecture Awards and Jury member 2022. She is currently a Chapter Councillor for the AIA Tasmanian Chapter.
