My love for architecture didn't come naturally. It was a 'two worlds colliding' sort of situation where I discovered that there was a profession that could combine art with technical skills.

As a child, I always enjoyed drawing cartoon characters by breaking them down into shapes and learning to draw them by putting the shapes back together again. In high school, I discovered my love for art and technical drawing classes, and realised that there was a profession where I could combine my two passions.

For me, working in architecture is comparable to bringing art to life; where something that once existed on paper can be realised by putting parts together to form a whole.
