Tara is a human resource professional with over 15 years’ experience, and currently is the Head of People & Culture at architectural studio DesignInc Sydney. She is the champion for the health and wellbeing of the DesignInc team, and is particularly passionate about understanding how mental health, diversity and equity impact people both individually, and collectively in the workplace.

During her eight years at DesignInc, Tara has made a focus of moving towards gender equality and being a more inclusive compassionate place where the wellbeing of staff is at the core of our values.
