With over 25 years in the Built Environment industry, Lynette started her career in architecture and design, delivering projects with rewarding and successful outcomes. Following several years in the public and construction sector, where she gained experience in all facets of the design and construction industry, she moved into the commercial operation and facilitation of architectural businesses. While forging strong collaborative relationships with her peers, clients, and stakeholders, she has enabled practices to grow and develop effectively. With a vast and ever evolving understanding of business operations, she is adept at facilitating the requirements of practices, client expectations and brokering optimum outcomes through open communication and implementing thorough processes. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at AJC, which is an exciting opportunity to broaden her experience as well as working with like mined people.

She is passionate about contributing to business innovation, future thinking and nurturing staff and client relationships. Over the years she has worked on developing her mentoring capabilities for an equitable, inclusive and diverse working environment for all.
