Lisa is an architect and Practice Director at BVN in Sydney where she co-facilitates the BVN Mentoring Program, Design Conversations, and Women's Support Crew Network.

In her work, she feels a profound responsibility to create places that respect, interpret and celebrate the history and complexity of the urban environment and the people occupying it. The principles of Connecting with Country and a deep understanding of place is at the forefront of her approach. She is an innovative thinker, always looking to augment and streamline the design process with digital technologies and complex analytical and automation tools.
