I have been practising in commercial architecture for the last 20 years where I have enjoyed working mostly with not-for-profit clients in aged care, education and community architecture. Balancing the roles of Studio Manager and managing a client portfolio at the same time enables me exercise both my desire to mentor and support those around me while still engaging in the architectural process, which brought me into the role in the first instance.
