Rebecca is drawn to the longevity and enduring qualities of architecture and aims to create meaningful places that bring moments of pleasure to everyday experiences.

As an architect she specialises in the delivery of large, complex projects and believes that the simplest solutions can often be the most elegant and have the greatest impact. Across sport, health, education, aged care and commercial projects she has developed a collaborative leadership style and approach to problem solving, with a focus on communication and support, to enable teams to challenge each other, come up with the best ideas and have fun along the way.

Her calm and methodical approach and attention to detail allow her to establish trusted relationships with clients and project teams.

She is also passionate about continual improvement of culture and equity within the architecture industry, which she has explored through her work with Champions of Change that focusses on career progression for parents and addressing the stigma of caring responsibilities.
