Annabelle Roper
Graduate of ArchitectureKirby Architects
I am an enthusiastic graduate of architecture with a passion for social, sustainable, and equitable design working on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri People.
As co-chair of Kirby Architects RAP working group on our Reflect RAP, I am keen to grow my understanding of Australia’s First Nations peoples and collaborate to improve connection to Country in our built environment.
I am passionate about sustainability and considering long-term use and benefits through a project, with a whole-of-life approach. I have a growing hobby of gardening, and learning more about permaculture and connective systems. I enjoy applying this mindset throughout my design and work practice, understanding that nothing exists in a vacuum.
Over five years of experience, I have worked on a mix of residential, health and community projects. I relish the opportunity to reach and impact the lives of a broad range of communities through various experiences in health and community projects.
