Antoinette founded Antelope in 2015. She is a Director, strategic consultant and architect with over 20 years experience specialising in stakeholder engagement, vision and briefing for architectural projects.

Antoinette is passionate about improving the spaces we work and learn in. She works closely with organisations and their people to understand their goals and guide leadership through key decisions about how they want to operate in the future.

Antoinette has a expertise in developing and implementing highly flexible models for workplace and learning environments. She brings together a range of skills in pre-design advisory including briefing, stakeholder engagement and people change.
