Fooi is a registered architect and the director of OOF! architecture.

OOF is a St Kilda based design office devoted to fine grain projects ranging from single room renovations to complete house make-overs, new houses and townhouses – with the occasional bar or shop thrown in. OOF specialises in inner city residential projects and copes with, maybe even enjoys, demanding heritage contexts, weird sites + eccentric clients.

Fooi is also a former director and chair of ArchiTeam, an architects' co-operative representing over 900 architects in Australia. She enjoys teaching, when she gets the chance, and has taught numerous design studios at undergrad and postgrad levels at RMIT and the University of Melbourne. She is also an archi film nerd and co-founded DADo, the film society of the Robin Boyd Foundation.
