I joined AJC as a Studio Lead in 2022 with over 25 years’ experience in the UK and Australia. I have led teams in the design, development and delivery of infrastructure, healthcare, residential and higher education projects across the UK and Australia.

I worked in London for 17 years leading progressive placemaking, cultural, university and social housing projects, working directly with large social housing providers such as NottingHill Genesis, Clarion, and Peabody. I was also a member of the London Borough of Richmond and Wandsworth Council Design Review Panel for significant projects.

Throughout my career I have developed a calm and considered approach towards complex multi-faceted projects and teams. One of my strengths is a wide range of experience and ability to cross over specialized sectors. My goal is to lead in an environment where design is a collaborative process balancing the aspirations of all the stakeholders.
