Claire is an AILA registered landscape architect with more than 15 years professional experience. She has a particular interest in collaborating with other creative individuals; challenging the design process and expanding the practice of landscape architecture.

In 2019 she was awarded Kevin Taylor Legacy Grant in collaboration with first Nations Choreographer Amrita Hepi to produce short film ‘Movement of Place’ which explores how we may better understand the Australian landscape through cultural movement.

Along with her team, she was the winner of the Future Park Design Ideas Competition that was presented by the University of Melbourne, in partnership with Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA). The highly acclaimed proposition used the figure of a 9.3 percent gender pay gap as a form generator and basis for claiming new parkland.

Claire has worked in both the private and public sectors, her project experience spans public realm, cultural and institutional, education and infrastructure. With diverse design and project management skills, Claire takes pride in seeing a project through from strategic thinking, master-planning, conceptual realisation to documentation and delivery.
