Together with partner Warwick Mihaly, Erica is a founder of Mihaly Slocombe Architects. Established in Melbourne in 2010, Mihaly Slocombe is an architecture studio with a growing portfolio of carefully crafted residential, public, education and commercial projects.

Erica brings the best of both architecture and interior design to the practice and has a rigorous approach to spatial planning, meticulous documentation for smooth-running projects and an appreciation for the importance of detail and materiality to successful project realisation.

Beyond the creation of great architecture, Erica is passionate about the architecture industry as a whole and believes this is best supported by building a workplace that supports diversity, inclusiveness and opportunity for growth and learning for all team members. Erica is a current examiner on the ARBV registration board and an active member of her local school and sporting communities.
