I am an architect, researcher and educator. My research-based practice, Equity Office, foregrounds decolonising and participatory design methods for the built environment. My work has been supported by various recognitions, enabling me to gain diverse knowledge(s) on the confluence of Country, disasters and place.

In 2020-21, I was the Monash Innovation Fellow within the Department of Architecture. My research and teaching through this role, focused on rethinking community-led recovery of built environments in the regional Victorian context, following the 2019-20 bushfires in East Gippsland / Gunaikurnai-Bidawel Country. I have subsequently become a research fellow within Fire to Flourish, a five-year transdisciplinary program led by Monash, where I am continuing to explore these themes concurrent to practice, since 2022.
