Postdoctoral Research FellowDeakin University
I am a postdoctoral research fellow with HOME Research Hub and Live+Smart Research Lab at the School of Architecture & Built Environment, Deakin University.
In my PhD thesis, I worked on design innovation and system thinking. I developed a framework elucidating the nature of innovation ecosystem in hospital building design. My research highlighted the main components of the innovation ecosystem and the most influential and interrelated contextual factors, as well as representing and mapping generative interactions that support innovation processes.
As a postdoctoral research fellow:
- with Home Research Hub, my research aims to co-design solutions to complex problems of affordable housing, homelessness and social inclusion.
- with Live+Smart Research Lab, I collaborate with CHIME (Change to Improve Mental Health Centre of Excellence - Barwon Health) to deliver an evidence-based, consumer-centred and co-designed approach to mental health service improvement.
