Kellie McGivern is Design Manager for Hesperia Property Development and Principal of Project Advisory and Design Management Practice, Lacewings Advisory. She is a Chartered Member of the RIBA with over 15 years’ experience working for leading design firms in Australia and Europe.

Based on an approach of critical and creative thinking, Kellie specialises in strategic planning, project definition and has a strong interest in emerging and transcending typologies and the influence of good design to generate socially responsive environments. Charged with crafting of the design narrative, establishing and reviewing design and technical expectations for projects, her experience in challenging typologies and operational models, with a deep-rooted connection to place, provides a framework for enduring quality design outcomes.

Kellie is a panel member of the State Design Review Panel (SDRP) WA, a Residential Committee Member for Property Council Australia a past critic and tutor of QUB UK, AIA WA Architecture Jury, Co-Chair of AIA National Gender Equity Committee, Jury member - AIA 2019 National Prizes Paula Whitman Leadership in Gender Equity Prize and holds a Masters in Architecture from Glasgow School of Art.
