My area of expertise is Quality Management in architecture, and I have 17+ years post graduate experience in the field. With my background as a registered architect, I have lived the project delivery experience - I understand how systems and process refinement can bring value to architectural studios. For larger studios this may result in ISO9001 certification, but for smaller studios there’s still a huge benefit in developing and fine-tuning quality management systems. I’m passionate about equality and sustainability, and I support businesses that strive to be a force for good.
