STH

Anna is a Principal and Architect at STH. She has positively contributed to projects in Canada, Singapore, New Zealand and across Australia over the last 15 years.

Working predominately within healthcare architecture, Anna is inspired by a desire to create spaces to better support healing and enhance human experiences.

Her approach is to listen first, then act. She enjoys engaging with end users, asking questions to understand their key drivers, workflows, and processes.

Anna appreciates that architecture is an iterative process, recognising information gathering, communication and collaboration are key to success.

Anna has a strong interest in research and is both Evidence-Based Accredited & Certified (EDAC) and a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP). She was recently involved in the NOVELL Project in partnership with The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health.

Anna thoroughly enjoys mentoring and tutoring, finding it rewarding imparting knowledge and being part of someone's learning journey.
