Tara is a registered architect currently employed at John Wardle Architects (JWA).

Before working at JWA, Tara worked alongside a prominent Director of a Melbourne firm where she gained extensive experience in site scoping, design, construction and project delivery across multiple sectors including masterplanning, commercial, civic centres, sports venues, leisure centres and residential. Tara believes that understanding every aspect of the process within architecture is crucial to successful design delivery, as well as thoroughly understanding the needs and imagination of the client.

Within JWA, Tara is responsible for overseeing the on-site construction of the Rivers Edge Utas building at the Inveresk campus and project scoping within Tasmania.

Tara has lived overseas and studied architecture in Poland, competed in competitions for Kengo Kuma and is now tutoring at UTas School of Architecture & Design.
