I am a registered architect living on Darkinjung Country, working as a Senior Design Advisor at Government Architect NSW.
At Government Architect NSW, I work as part of the Design Excellence team on the State Design Review Panel (SDRP) and Connecting with Country Framework. I lead the design review portfolio for the precinct sector.
I was previously an associate at fjcstudio (formerly fjmtstudio), where I worked between 2014-2022 on medium to large scale projects with a focus on educational, commercial and heritage work. At fjcstudio, I was a member of the Reconciliation Action Plan working group.
In 2023, I was a Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship recipient, and travelled to Scandinavia to attend the UIA World Congress of Architects in Copenhagen and undertake research for my 'Leave No One Behind' project.
I have been a member of the Australian Institute of Architects Editorial Committee since 2018, am a current member of the Sustainability Working Group, and have previously been a member of the Institute's Education and Research Committee.
I contribute to discourse through writing, research, teaching and hosting the Design Conscious podcast. I was a finalist for the GBCA’s Future Green Leader Award 2021 and awarded the NAWIC International Women’s Day Scholarship in 2020 for my research project 'Is Sustainability Leadership in the Built Environment Industry 'Women's Business'?'
