As Chair of ArchiTeam, I actively promote small practice architects and architecture. ArchiTeam is a growing and proactive organisation, with a terrific member base of 550 enthusiastic architects, including 30% of all female architects in Victoria. ArchiTeam provides a wide range of member services, focusing on connections between small practice architects. Previously, as secretary to the board, governance was a key priority.

As director of Rosstang Architects, I have the privilege of working with a wide range of allied disciplines, colleagues and clients to create lasting and sustainable spaces, often in heritage buildings. We specialise in residential work. Collaboration, and working with others, is key to our success.

As a member of the board of the Early Education Program for Hearing Impaired Children, I help to provide the board with guidance on governance.

When I get a moment I spend it with my husband and two children, together we love our chaotic but happy family life.
