Caitlin is a Brisbane-based practicing architect, regularly working with clients across the eastern seaboard of Australia. She works at Bickerton Masters, with focus on delivering projects within the Health and Aged Care sectors.

Her role as health sector lead requires empathy with the human needs of patients, families and healthcare professionals. This is reflected through the way she approach design, often resulting in a back-and-forth between architect and client to challenge and see how one can re-imagine the future of healthcare provision.

She was awarded a University Medal for an architectural thesis that explored the potential diversification of architectural services into research and policy sectors.

Through all her work, Caitlin is fuelled by a passion for evidence-based design that is grounded in continuous research and design thinking.
