I use my experience in design and architecture, and my knowledge of the connections between human behaviour and space, to create places which foster positive human experience. I am a believer in the ability of design to have a positive impact and always take a people first approach to my work.

I have a Masters of Innovation, Creativity and Leadership, and qualifications in Social Sciences and Interior Architecture. This unique combination gives me a deep understanding of design and innovation processes and an appreciation of the psychology of human behaviour and social
dynamics.

I am a facilitator, researcher, teacher, writer and designer. I work with clients across all sectors to understand the end users and occupants of a space/building/place, and listen to and moderate the voices and opinions from diverse stakeholder groups. I currently work as the Engagement and Strategy Leader at Architectus and teach at Monash University.
