Kit is a Principal at Hayball and is instrumental in many complex projects that require community creation. Working closely with government and private clients, her design expertise spans across many sectors, including mixed-use precinct developments, emerging housing typologies and the full spectrum of learning environments from early education through to Tertiary.

Kit is also a strong advocate for biodiversity and social sustainability in the built environment. She plays an integral role in the industry - sitting on the UDIA NSW Smart Cities Committee and serving as Hayball Co-Practice Lead for the Champion of Change Coalition.
