Hannah Bolitho

Architect/ Urban Designer

Hannah has over fifteen years of experience working on projects across all scales of architecture, urban design, policy and strategic planning for both local and state government agencies. She is a registered architect and has a Master of Urban Design, which included a year studying international development in Barcelona. She is currently working in the Strategic Planning and Urban Design team at the City of Sydney and previously worked for over ten years at the NSW Government Architect’s Office. Hannah has tutored and lectured in Urban Design. She has a strong belief in the value of good public policy and its impact on public space and has pursued this through a Byera Hadley travelling scholarship, investigating how to influence and advocate for better amenity and equity outcomes through the intersection of politics and urbanism. She is also the Oceania regional hub lead for the Accelerating City Equity project with the International Society for Urban Health investigating the impacts of projects on health equity and sustainability.
