I recently joined MAAP Architects as the Studio Manager where I manage the financial, HR, project resourcing, business and strategic development for the practice.

Since leaving dwp, I setup HS Architecture and carried out a number of private residential projects and expert witness work. In parallel, I worked for the City of Canterbury Bankstown Council as a Project Manager to gain experience working Client side, delivering a series of fast paced urban installations funded by a NSW Government grant.

I was the Studio Director at dwp|design worldwide partnership (previously known as Suters Architects), taking responsibility for all aspects of strategic and operational management for the studio. I worked for 21 years with the practice, starting as a Project Architect, and working my way up through various levels of seniority. This included being elected to serve on the Board of the practice for 9 years.

My core areas of expertise are Workplace, Education and Community Sector projects. I enjoy working across multiple teams, understanding complex project issues and providing clear direction and communication to assist Clients achieve their vision.
