I am an architect with 23 years experience, of which 14 years have been focusing on healthcare projects, particularly acute hospitals and aged care homes.
I have a particular interest in creating innovative built environments that improve the health and wellbeing of the individual and the wider community, whilst meeting the complex and varying demands that are placed on or are required by hospitals and aged care homes, such as efficient and innovative planning, dementia design, person centred care, technical service requirements, improving staff retention and changes in technology.
I have worked on projects ranging from $9million to $200million with tasks including clinical planning, master planning, brief development, concept planning, user group consultation, leading design teams, detailed design and project management.
