I am an academic, design historian and curator with wide research interests in all aspects of the history of interior design. My 2021 PhD on the role of the client in postwar interior design was awarded the JM Freeland Prize. Formerly with Sydney Living Museums, I now teach and research design history and theory at UNSW Art and Design. I am an experienced speaker, researcher, writer and curator committed to interrogating Australian design history within the international context of the field.
