Kylie is the director of Fitt & Co, architects and interior designers who design high end bespoke residential and hospitality projects. For 10 years she was director of Fitt De Felice, her first practice which ceased in 2016. During this time, Fitt De Felice brought the world famous design forum 'Pecha Kucha Night' to Melbourne, running it successfully for four years. Kylie has enjoyed tutoring in architecture at Melbourne and Deakin universities.
