Tess graduated from her Master of Architecture at the University of Queensland in 2012 and registered as an Architect in 2015. Gaining experience both during and post study at several Brisbane-based architectural practices has allowed her the opportunity to develop her capability in design, detailed documentation, consultant coordination and contract administration.

Tess has had the opportunity to work at a range of project scales from residential, alterations/additions and small scale retail through to multi-residential apartments, affordable housing, student housing, aged care, medical/residential care and commercial/public architecture. Following her winning entry in the Queensland State Government Density and Diversity Done Well competition, Tess is developing her interest in the area of housing and equitable, well integrated public spaces.

Tess had the opportunity to join the Wilson Architects team in 2016. Outside of practice she sits on the EmAGN Qld (Emerging Architects and Graduates Network) committee.
