As an architect's daughter with a global career in the performing arts/ business world I have a passion and specialise in engaging, coaching and supporting female architects grow their career without losing their creative identity. I truly love supporting women to find ways to gain greater work life balance, develop their portfolio/work, and create design that is enriching. My other 'reason to be' is to challenge female architects develop their true voice in a world that still retains the 'boys club', present in many firms. Plus keep gaining confidence and smart methods to seek out visionary projects, resulting in financial growth, and architecture that fills the heart and soul.
